Service reservations will require a valid credit card number to hold the appointment time. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy that requires the client to call 24 hours ahead to cancel your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or No-shows will be charged 50% of the service missed. Clients that no show more than 2 times will be required to prepay for their appointment before booking.

We reserve the right to change prices and services at anytime without notification. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash, or Checks.
Though we love children this is not a children's salon and we ask you to make prior child care arrangements for your children before your appointment. Thank you for understanding that we are trying to keep everyone in the salon safe as well as maintain a peaceful spa environment.
Refunds and Redos
Products may be exchanged unopened with the original receipt and package within 14 days. The return will not be given towards a service credit.
Haircut and color redos must be called in within 7 days of your original visit. Beyond that time your service will be considered a new appointment and regular service prices will apply.
We have the right to refuse service to anyone (don't be that person). Please make all known allergies to products, punky colors, long and thick hair, and pre colored hair using a box known to your stylist or receptionist at the time of booking your appointment.
If you have Merca, Lice, or any other illness or communicable issue please reschedule your appointment.
